Dena joined Lewis & Knopf, CPAs in 2000 and brings nearly four decades of experience in accounting systems and process development. As the firm’s Software & Process Consultant within the Administration Department, she focuses on optimizing technology, improving workflow systems, and enhancing internal processes to drive efficiency and accuracy across the firm.

Dena began her career in 1986 with Millhouse & Holaly CPAs before joining Lewis & Knopf. She serves as a QuickBooks Online Advisor and works closely with firm leadership to research new technologies, develop implementation plans, and turn strategic goals into practical, streamlined systems.

Dena earned degrees in Accounting and Data Processing/Programming from Baker College. She believes in exceeding expectations and lives by the mindset that “every accomplishment starts with the decision to try.”

Outside of work, Dena enjoys golfing, spending time with animals, and proudly celebrates achieving a hole-in-one.
