Vicki joined Lewis & Knopf in 2001 and serves as the firm’s Portal & Digital Communication Administrator. She is responsible for maintaining and supporting the firm’s secure client portals, assisting with client communications, and providing administrative coordination to ensure smooth daily operations.

Vicki began her career in 1988 with Millhouse & Holaly, LLP as an administrative assistant. When the firm merged with Lewis & Knopf in 2001, she continued her role and has since built more than three decades of experience in CPA firm environments. Her background has given her a strong understanding of client service, workflow efficiency, and the importance of clear, organized communication.

She specializes in helping clients access their online accounts, assisting with tax-related documentation, and supporting the firm through dependable administrative management. Known for being friendly, dedicated, and hardworking, Vicki enjoys the challenges that working in accounting brings and finds supporting clients to be especially rewarding.

Vicki earned her Associate of Business Administration degree from Baker College. She is originally from Grand Blanc, Michigan and resides in Burton with her husband, Brian. They have two children, Brooke and Lance. Outside of work, Vicki enjoys reading, traveling, playing golf, and spending time with her family.
