Ken Rappuhn

Director

Ken joined Lewis & Knopf in 2025 as Director of Outsourced Accounting Services, bringing more than 30 years of executive financial leadership experience. In his role, he provides fractional CFO services to small and mid-sized businesses, partnering with ownership teams to strengthen operations, improve processes, and drive long-term growth and profitability.

Ken began his career at Plante Moran, P.C. before moving into corporate leadership, including 14 years as CFO of Mid-States Bolt & Screw Company, where he led financial strategy and played a key role in the company’s transition to private equity. He also served more than 15 years in C-suite leadership at RPF Oil Company / FAMCO Services, Inc., guiding acquisitions, operational improvements, and strategic expansion across Michigan.

Ken earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Michigan and is a member of the Michigan Association of Certified Public Accountants (MICPA). He previously served five years on the Goodrich School Board.

Born and raised in Flint, Michigan, Ken resides in Goodrich with his wife, Jennifer. They have three grown children and four grandchildren, with another on the way. Outside of work, Ken enjoys time at the family cottage, boating, photography, woodworking, and most of all, being “Beepa” to his grandchildren.
