Jacqueline “Nikki” Petrous joined Lewis & Knopf in 2024 and serves as the firm’s Marketing & Engagement Coordinator. In her multifaceted role, she leads marketing and branding initiatives, oversees website content and client communications, supports outreach efforts, and helps foster a strong internal culture focused on employee engagement and morale.

Although new to the accounting industry, Nikki brings a solid background in organization, compliance, communication, and client service. Her prior experience includes roles in HR, community outreach, office management, and administration, along with early experience in the service industry that shaped her strong work ethic and professionalism.

Known for her positive energy and approachable nature, Nikki is passionate about creating meaningful connections and cultivating a supportive workplace culture. She believes in leading with kindness, reliability, and intention while providing thoughtful, responsive support.

Nikki earned Associate degrees in Arts & Communication and General Education from Mott Community College and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Management from Columbia Southern University, graduating Magna Cum Laude in 2021. She was honored with the Rising Star Award from the Fenton/Linden Chamber of Commerce in 2022 and currently serves as an Ambassador for both the Fenton/Linden and Grand Blanc Chambers of Commerce.

Originally from Fenton, Michigan, Nikki resides in Holly with her husband and three daughters. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, gardening, traveling, country concerts, and cheering on her daughters in their many activities.
