At Lewis & Knopf, CPAs, P.C., we believe that leadership extends beyond the work we do inside the firm. It is reflected in how we invest in our communities, support local businesses, and strengthen meaningful relationships throughout the regions we serve. That’s why we’re proud to spotlight Nikki Petrous, Marketing & Event Coordinator, whose involvement with local Chambers of Commerce reflects both her passion for community connection and Lewis & Knopf’s commitment to local growth.
Fenton & Linden Regional Chamber of Commerce – Ambassador & Networking Chair
Nikki has served as an Ambassador for the Fenton & Linden Regional Chamber of Commerce since 2022, helping welcome new businesses, support Chamber initiatives, and strengthen connections throughout the community. In 2023, she expanded her role by leading the Chamber’s Networking Around Noon and Networking in the Morning events.
These networking events provide opportunities for local professionals and business owners to connect, collaborate, and build relationships that contribute to the continued growth of the Fenton and Linden communities.
She reflects on her experience:
“Supporting my community and its local businesses gives me a deep sense of camaraderie and purpose. I’ve always had a giver’s heart, and it’s fulfilling to support the community that helped shape me.”
Nikki says joining the Ambassador Committee felt like a natural extension of who she is. A self-described “people person,” she enjoys building relationships, encouraging others, and helping people feel welcomed and valued within the community.
Grand Blanc Chamber of Commerce – Ambassador
In 2025, Nikki expanded her involvement by joining the Grand Blanc Chamber of Commerce as an Ambassador, further strengthening her commitment to supporting businesses and organizations across the region.
Her involvement with local Chambers began long before her professional career. Growing up, Nikki volunteered at community events alongside family members who were heavily involved in Chamber leadership and local initiatives. Those early experiences helped shape her appreciation for service, connection, and giving back.
Through her Chamber involvement, Nikki has continued to grow both professionally and personally.
“It’s helped me grow into someone who doesn’t just show up, but shows up with heart and purpose.”
Leadership Rooted in Community
Nikki’s dedication to supporting the Fenton, Linden, and Grand Blanc communities reflects the values we hold at Lewis & Knopf: leadership, connection, and a commitment to strengthening the communities we serve.
We are proud of Nikki’s continued involvement and the positive impact she brings to our firm, our clients, and the local business community. Her enthusiasm for building relationships and supporting others continues to make a meaningful difference both inside and outside the firm.
